The Puppet Car - The Birthday Party at Árbær Open Air Museum
Welcome to Brúðubíllinn's (The Puppet Car's) performance of The Birthday Party, directed by Aldís Davíðs at Árbær Open Air Museum on Monday, 3 August at 14:00. The show will be conducted in Icelandic.
Lilli the monkey, Dúskur, and other colourful characters will bake a mud cake for the birthday kid. The show is full of magic, glitter, and lively songs. Even a pair of socks and a piece of soap will burst into song! This performance is suitable for all ages. At the museum, there is a playground and all kinds of outdoor toys for kids. Cast: Hörður Bent Steffensen Hugrún Ylfa Ísak Óli Borgarsson Guests are invited to take photos with the puppets and Lilli the monkey after the show. Coloring books, crayons, T-shirts, and sweaters in all sizes will also be available for purchase! Free admission – everyone is welcome!
