Are you learning Icelandic? The Reykjavík City Museum offers a guided tour of the Reykjavík Museum of Photography for people who are learning Icelandic. The tour will take place on Saturday, 20 September from 14:00 to 15:00. Katleen Abbeel will lead the tour in easy-to-understand Icelandic.
The tour will focus on the exhibition "Half a Century Through the Lens" featuring photographs by Gunnar V. Andrésson, a press photographer. The exhibition includes images from 1967 to 2017 that were published in newspapers and news media at the time. Katleen Abbeel speaks Icelandic as a second language. She is a guide, translator, and Icelandic teacher. The museum is a great place to practice Icelandic.
