Flower Crown Workshop - Registration Required

On Sunday, 21 June, from 13:00 to 16:00, a flower crown workshop will be held at Árbær Open Air Museum, led by Blómdís, floral designer with over thirty years of experience in the field. Registration required.
Participants will have the opportunity to create their own flower crown, with all materials and tools provided on site. The workshop costs 3.100 kr., paid on-site and registration is required. The workshop is held in celebration of Midsummer (Jónsmessa), a tradition deeply rooted in ancient Nordic folklore. For centuries, this time of year has been associated with the forces of nature, mystical events, and the magical properties of herbs and flowers. Welcome! Accessibility: The museum’s footpaths are mainly gravel. Many historic houses have steps and thresholds. Service dogs are welcome. Public Transport: Nearest bus stop: Árbæjarsafn (1-minute walk).
