Glaciers and Lagoons - Shadow Workshop during Winter Break
Welcome to a creative shadow‑and‑cutout workshop for children and families at the Reykjavík Museum of Photography during Winter Break, 19-22 February. Free admission for adults accompanying kids! The workshop is connected to the exhibition Sleeping Giants, where Kristján Maack presents photographs of glaciers in which “sleeping giants” appear and disappear. In the workshop, we cut out all kinds of creatures and glaciers and explore how shadow images are created. The workshop is open and flexible – drop in whenever it suits you and take part at your own pace.
The Museum of Photography has good accessibility, and guide dogs are welcome in the museum.
