Guided Tour of the School of Photography's Graduation Exhibition
Welcome to a guided tour of the School of Photography's 2025 graduation exhibition. Graduating students Elva and Lilja Birna will guide guests through the exhibition this time. Spoken language is Icelandic. This exhibition features the graduation works of students who have completed their diploma in Creative Photography from the School of Photography in December 2025. The works are diverse, showcasing the students' various subjects, artistic visions, and aesthetics. They reflect the growth of contemporary photography and highlight the wide range of possibilities within the medium. Katrín Elvarsdóttir curates the exhibition. The accompanying photo is a piece by Íris Hadda, one of the graduating students. The exhibition runs from 12 December 2025 - 11 January 2026 and admission is free.
Access for the disabled is good. Service dogs are welcome at the museum. Public transport: The nearest bus stops are called Hafnarhús, Lækjartorg, Ráðhúsið (2-5 min. away). Paid parking is available by the museum and in neighbouring parking houses.
