Countdown to Halloween!
Halloween is just around the corner and there is excitement in the air. At Árbær Open AIr museum one of the museum houses called Líkn is so ready for Halloween and is fully decorated as is expected this time of year. During the autumn school break guests who are counting down to Halloween can come and take a peek and practice how NOT to be afraid this special night. It is strictly forbidden to have fun! See you soon. The horrible exhibition is on the first and second floor of a building called Líkn (25 m from the entrance to the museum). The first floor is wheelchair accessible. There is a ramp into the house, the door is 75 cm wide. Footpaths in the museum area are mostly smooth gravel paths, but in some places there are cobblestones. Service dogs are welcome in the museum. Buses 12 and 24 stop at Höfðabakki, right by the museum. Buses 16 and 5 stop at Strengur (a 5-minute walk from the museum) and Rofabær (a 6-minute walk).
