Opening I Abstract

Welcome to the opening of the exhibition "Abstract“at the Reykjavík Museum of Photography 5 June at 16:00-18:00. Free entry and refreshments. “Abstract” opens at SKOTIÐ in 2026 — the fourth in a year long series of exhibitions by FÓKUS, the Amateur Photography Club. Explore bold, imaginative abstract photography by members of Fókus. Shapes, colors, textures, motion — everyday things turned into art. Are you learning Icelandic? The Reykjavík City Museum invites you to a guided tour of the Reykjavík Museum of Photography for people who are learning Icelandic. The tour will take place on Saturday, 13 June, at 14:00–15:00. Katleen Abbeel will be leading the tour in easy-to-understand Icelandic.
